Scythe Mugen MAX CPU Cooler Review

25th May 2015 3372 Like

We have another cooler for review and today it is a bit special (at least for me!). On the bench today is the Scythe Mugen MAX CPU Cooler, and why is that important? Well, they are a name that has been around for a very long time, and before everyone got their act together, Scythe were ahead of the game.

Gigabyte GA-Z97N GAMING-5 Motherboard Review

We are big fans of mITX motherboards, though only in recent years. They have come a long way from their beige roots and now will tickle the geekiness of many gamers around the world. We recently review the Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR4 2400Mhz Memory and it scored an excellent 4.6 out of 5.0. Noctua NH-D15 CPU Cooler Review

11th March 2015 14670 Like

Noctua call this their flagship model, their premium product, meaning you cannot buy a better air cooling Noctua product. A lofty claim if it wasn't from Noctua themselves, but basing this on their D14 means they might just know what they are talking about. The D15 in two fan configuration is around £70 in the UK currently, which is a lot of money. It means the flagship model has a flagship price, so in a world of AIO Coolers and a vast air cooler market, this thing needs to be good. Being the claimed flagship of Noctua, it needs to be even better than that too!
