13th January 2019 6262 4

We reviewed the Scythe Ninja 4 a couple of years ago and recommended it. Not hard really, Skythe are an old-school PC cooling and accessory company who have been around since the start of the modern enthusiast's system building era. Scythe sent the Scythe Ninja 5 CPU Cooler to review and we are more than happy to oblige.

Noctua Chromax CPU Cooler Accessories Review

19th May 2018 4094 1

Noctua Chromax is one of the most awaited products from the premium cooler manufacturer. We've said in most of our Noctua reviews, the branding and colour scheme is a marmite issue, love it or hate it, you are basically stuck with it.

Here at HardwareBunker, we have reviewed most of Noctua’s Intel CPU coolers from the recent generation of products. Cryorig C7 Low Profile CPU Cooler Review

20th February 2018 4454 1

Cryorig has a CPU cooler for all the different Form Factor and TDP requirements out there on the mainstream CPU market today. They need to be considered mainstream themselves too, with big impressions in a short lifespan, and they’re still living up to promises and commitments.

Cryorig A-Series A40 AIO CPU Cooler Review

21st January 2016 3399 Like

We have the A40 AIO CPU cooler from the Cryorig A-Series for review today. We are not going to beat around the bush, we really like these guys, they are trying to rock the boat and the consumer always wins out in this situation. Either from Cryorig getting it right, which they are gaining a reputation for, or due to the competition improving what they do, as stated, either way you win.

Corsair H110i GT AIO CPU Cooler Review

27th September 2015 4715 Like

We are relatively new to All In One Coolers, and being an advocate of water cooling and custom loops, we firmly believe there is no greater challenge than your own custom water cooling loop. That said, we did enjoy the NZXT Kraken X61 AIO CPU Cooler, and so we are going to look at more of these. With EK entering the market, and no doubt a few other big cooling names soon, it’s going to get tough for the mainstream AIO manufacturers to keep up, in the meantime we are going to look at another AIO sample, this time from an even bigger household name, Corsair.

Noctua NH-D15S CPU Cooler Review

20th August 2015 4204 Like

Continuing on from the Noctua NH-C14S review, we have another revision of another Noctua cooler. This time the flagship NH-D15 gets the treatment in the form of the NH-D15S. The Noctua NH-C14S is a really impressive cooler and a typical Noctua design, unusual but sublime in its execution. The NH-D15S is a little different than the NH-C14S with the only real change being only one fan is shipped. This should make it a little quieter and cheaper which should suit some buyers, so let’s find out.

In 2015 you need to be in the know about CPU coolers, there’s so many of them, you could get lost when choosing a good, compatible and cost effective product. Then add in the unsympathetic nature of the internet, and the trolling and flaming you will receive if you have not chosen the biggest and the best in line with all opinions!

NZXT Kraken X61 AIO CPU Cooler Review

3rd August 2015 4353 Like

If you are in the market for a top of the line cooler, you will need to consider AIO or All In One Coolers. Basically the middle ground between the mystery of watercooling and the predictable land of air cooling limitations. Unless you have a large chassis and can cope with a be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3 or the superb Noctua NH-D15 then you are going to be need to compromise in some way. Either in the way of overheating or increasing the decibels by pushing more air though the case.

Noctua NH-D15 CPU Cooler Review

11th March 2015 15197 Like

Noctua call this their flagship model, their premium product, meaning you cannot buy a better air cooling Noctua product. A lofty claim if it wasn't from Noctua themselves, but basing this on their D14 means they might just know what they are talking about. The D15 in two fan configuration is around £70 in the UK currently, which is a lot of money. It means the flagship model has a flagship price, so in a world of AIO Coolers and a vast air cooler market, this thing needs to be good. Being the claimed flagship of Noctua, it needs to be even better than that too!
